Our Family's Training Centres in Indonesia

We believe every successful placement begins with quality training and careful preparation.

Since 1995, our family's training centres in Indonesia have been helping foreign domestic workers build the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to support families abroad. From humble beginnings, our network has grown to eight training centres across Palembang, Malang, Brebes, Indramayu, Tulungagung, Lampung, Mataram, and Sumbawa.

Together, our training centres prepare more than 1,200 foreign domestic workers each year for employment in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Serbia, and Qatar.

Because we work closely with our family's training centres, we have the opportunity to better understand each candidate's strengths, skills, and readiness before recommending them to employers. This allows us to thoughtfully match helpers with families while ensuring every candidate receives careful training and preparation before beginning their journey overseas.
