6 Months Warranty

We understand that despite proper matching, there can be unexpected factors that may not work out. Thus, we offer you 6 months warranty with 2 replacements to give you a peace of mind (insurance and 3rd party administrative fees apply).

Best Employer Awards and Best Employee Award and Completion Bonus

Since 2023, we have officially launched our Best Employer Awards and Best Employee Awards. The purpose of the Best Employer Award is to recognise employers with excellent workplace culture that attributes to helper's satisfaction. Vice versa, the purpose of the Best Employee Award is to motivate helpers to strive for excellence at work and celebrate the achievements and dedication of exceptional helpers. There are three categories for each awards that consist of the winner, first runner-up and second runner-up. An official award certificate as well as a monetary reward in the form of cash or voucher will be issued to the award recipient. All entries are treated with high confidentiality. Our agency reserves all rights on the assessment criteria and final decision on the selected award winners.

Our helpers are entitled to cash bonus award from our Agency upon completion of the 2 years contract. This completion bonus is to encourage the helper to finish the 2 years contract with the same household attributing to a better employment track record.
